Carriers We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and package size.

Shipping Restrictions At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. territories and regions not connected to the contiguous United States (including Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands)

Order Fulfillment All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our official warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges – Shipping Costs If you wish to return or exchange an item for reasons other than a product defect or quality issue, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will cover the return shipping cost.
